Delivery Timings

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 5:00 PM
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 9:00 PM
• Delivery Hours: 09:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week

Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery on orders above PKR 10,000
• Standard Delivery Fee: PKR 200 for orders below PKR 10,000
• Charges may vary for distant locations.

Prescription Medicines

• Prescription medicines require a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner.
• Customers may upload prescriptions through our website or share them via WhatsApp.
• Orders containing prescription medicines will be verified before dispatch.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed after product availability and prescription verification (if applicable).
• In case of stock shortages, our team will contact you regarding alternatives or refunds.

Temperature-Sensitive Products
